Where are the cushions made?
(answer) The cushions are all hand made by hand by me and a wonderful lady that works with me at The Cushion Cafe at the business registered address, they are not sourced through another company.
How and when will my cushions be delivered?
(answer) If the cushions are in stock, I will endeavour to have your order ready for collection within 3 days, and if I am posting them they will be posted by DPD or Royal Mail Parcel Post either the same day, or next day, wherever possible.
Can I collect my cushions from you?
(answer) Absolutely! I would love that, just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange collection or call me on 07900 303032
I’ve changed my mind and want to cancel my order?
(answer) Of course. We all change our mind from time to time. As long as you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order a full refund will be given.
What is your refund policy?
(answer) You can find our refund and returns policy here.
My product is faulty, what should I do?
(answer) In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, please contact me at email@example.com with details of your order number, purchase date and the issue you have and I will try to resolve it for you as quickly as possible for you.

What are the care instructions for my cushion cover?
(answer) The care instructions are listed under each item, however if you need any further information please contact me via email.
Do you ship internationally?
(answer) Unfortunately I do not ship internationally currently.
What sort of furniture do you upholster?
(answer) All sorts of furniture from foot stools to arm chairs, I am currently unable to take on sofas but do contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can recommend other upholsterers that may be able to help
How do I get a quote to have an item of furniture upholstered?
(answer) Just email me at email@example.com sending some pictures of the item of furniture along with dimensions and I will contact you. I always like to try to see the item of furniture before giving a full detailed quote and to meet with you to discuss options. This can be done in person and where this is not possible via video call.

Do you hold a stock of fabric?
(answer) I do hold a small amount of upholstery fabrics in stock but highly recommend you obtain samples from our recommended suppliers to ensure you find the fabric you love.
Where can I source fabric samples from?
(answer) I can recommend lots of excellent UK based suppliers according to the type of fabric required and use so just email me at email@example.com and I’ll help out with your questions.
Do you charge for collection or delivery of furniture to be upholstered?
(answer) No I do not charge for collection of delivery of furniture as long as the address is local to Maidenhead, please contact me if you are further afield and I will advise you on the cost.
I have some fabric, can you use it to cover my chair?
(answer) Yes but as you can appreciate I would like to see the fabric before I commit to the project just to ensure there is enough and also that the fabric is fit for purpose.
Do you offer an upholstery cleaning service?
(answer) Unfortunately I don’t offer an upholstery cleaning service, sorry.
Do you restore furniture?
(answer) I am able to sand and stain/oil the legs of stools and chairs however I do not offer a full furniture restoration service, sorry.
Do you paint furniture?
(answer) I do not really offer this service but can recommend wonderful service providers that can in the local area.
